Sticky note

A digital version of a paper sticky note, used to write down a short piece of text.

What it is for

The basic unit of information in workshop tools. It’s used to capture ideas fast, then group them by color or meaning and organize the space visually.

• Retrospectives — collecting feedback by category, like “What to improve”
• Brainstorms — capturing participants’ suggestions
• Customer journey maps — showing touchpoints and the user’s emotions
